The pollution mod adds a handful of craft-able barrels to store harmful pollutants, punch the barrels enough and they will crack open releasing their harmful toxins into the world. Be carefully, you don't get a second chance with most of these.

Note: While recording this video I did somehow manage to crash Minetest three times, not sure if it was entirely the fault of this mod, or if it was something in the daily build.
