This mod adds some leader boards for some rather common things you do in Luanti, digging, placing, dying, crafting, etc. It presents the data in a leader board format so you can see the top ten players in any category. If you are playing in singleplayer you'll always be the best, but it can still be cool to see how many nodes you've dug, placed, and how long you've played in the world.
